The Conference of the Interregional Organization is its highest executive body and is convened at least once every four years.
The Executive Board is a standing elected collective executive body of the Interregional Organization, answering to the Conference and active between the meetings of the Conference. The Board is elected for a term of four years. The Board is headed by the Chairman of the Board elected by the Conference.
The President of the Interregional Organization is its highest personal executive body elected by the Conference for a term of four years. The President is in charge of all of then ongoing issues of the functioning of the Interregional Organization.
The Auditor is the controlling and auditing body.
The Supervisory Board includes representatives of the organizations which support and assist the Interregional Organization in its program activities, governmentaln and nongovernmental employees and individuals who have the authority and recognitionn in the questions of the strengthening of intercultural peace and stability andn who assist in the Volga-Caspian integration. The Supervisory Board is formed by the Executive Board for a term of four years.
