Russian and foreign citizens of full legal age who share the goals and tasks of the Interregional Organization can become its members. The membership is voluntary. Nongovernmental entities can be members of the Interregional Organization.
Individuals and legal entities are admitted to the Interregional Organization by the Executive Board.
Members of the Interregional Organization can:
— take part in the management of the Interregional Organization, elect and be elected to the executive bodies of the Interregional Organization, take part in all of the activities of the Interregional Organization;
— receive information about the activities of the Interregional Organization and have access to its accounting books and other documents;
— submit suggestions on all of the activities of the Interregional Organization to its executive bodies and partake in discussions;
— submit complaints about the decisions of the bodies of the Interregional Organization which can have legal consequences in cases and in forms allowed by the law.
